SHIPPING INFORMATION

Australia – all parcels will be delivered via Australia Post

New Zealand – all parcels will be delivered via NZ Post

Currently at Woven Interiors we ship to Australia and New Zealand. 

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is.

Here at Woven Interiors, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 2-3 weeks from time of purchase.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Woven Interiors has various payment options for your convenience.  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal.

We also offer Afterpay and ZipPay.

Once you are at checkout, you can choose which option suits you best.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

  1. Browse our pages and click on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Add your desired quantity and Add to Cart
  3. View your cart and check over the items you have added.
  4. Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax
  5. Click on Proceed to Checkout and fill in your personal details and shipping address
  6. Click on proceed to PayPal and pay with your desired method
  7. Get your receipt and wait for your gorgeous products to arrive

Once an order has been placed it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing and shipping.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately via email and we will see if any changes can be made

Our staff at Woven Interiors will try to help as best as possible. Please understand we have extremely quick turn around times and high volumes of orders so change requests are not always possible.
